The Consultant shall perform those Services as are described in the <br />attached Exhibit A. (Exhibit A shall include the revised scope of services as negotiated <br />by GLWMO and Consultant) 1 <br />II. Term. This Agreement shall be effective upon the approval of the GLWMO Board of <br />Managers and execution by the GLWMO Chair and shall continue until terminated by <br />either party upon a thirty (30) day written notice thereof. <br />III. Compensation. The fees for the Consultant's services will be billed on and in accordance <br />with the hourly rate shown in the attached Exhibit A (dated Consultant's total <br />compensation for the Exhibit A, (dated .work shall not exceed 564,,2,96 without the <br />prior written approval of the GLWMO. It is,understood that if the schedule is delayed, through no fault of the <br />Consultant, so that it is no longer possible to complete the work in the specified period of <br />time, the hourly rates shown on the attached Exhibit A, (dated cannot be <br />changed. <br />V. Indemnification.
