<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the 27th <br /> <br />day of October, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Kehr, Franke and Curley; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: One vacancy. <br /> <br />Councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7064 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-3C <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Manager of said city, said bids <br /> <br />were received on October 23, 1980, at 11:00 o'clock a. m., opened <br /> <br />and tabulated according to law and the following bids were <br /> <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. <br />Julian M.
