<br />WHEREAS it appears that Forest Lake Contracting Company, <br /> <br /> <br />Inc. of Forest Lake, Minnesota is the lowest responsible <br /> <br /> <br />bidder at the tabulated price of $76,428.75, <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to enter into a contract with Forest Lake Contracting <br /> <br />Company, Inc. for $76,428.75 in the name of the City of Rose- <br /> <br /> <br />ville for the above improvement according to the plans and <br /> <br /> <br />specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council <br /> <br /> <br />and on file in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br /> <br /> <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br /> <br /> <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been <br /> <br /> <br />signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Curley and upon <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />All; and the following voted against: None; whereupon said <br /> <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
