Call the Meeting to Order <br />Chair Ferrington called to order a Special Meeting of the Grass Lakes Water Management <br />Organization (GLWMO) at approximately 5:30 p.m. <br />Members Present: <br />Others Present: <br />Review and Approve the Agenda <br />With the concurrence of Chair Ferrington, Mr. Goodnature requested removal of the <br />Quarterly Treasurer's Report scheduled for presentation by Petersen; for deferral to and <br />presentation during the December 15, 2010 special meeting. <br />Mr. Peterson requested an addition to the agenda of a proposal from him to the GLWMO <br />Board for providing Administrative Services during 2011 as an Independent Contractor. <br />Mr. Goodnature provided a revised proposal and narrative for Administrative Services during <br />2011 to replace the proposal included in the meeting agenda packet from Ramsey <br />Conservation District (RCD). <br />Member Von De Linde moved, and Member Westerberg seconded approval of the agenda as <br />amended. <br />Ayes: 3 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Grass Lake Water Management Organization <br />Special Meeting Minutes November 30, 2010 5:30 p.m. <br />Ramsey County Public Works Building Room 576 <br />1425 Paul Kirkwold Drive, Arden Hills, MN <br />A quorum of three members was present when Chair Ferrington called the <br />meeting to order: Chair Len Ferrington, and Members Chuck Westerberg <br />and Mary Kaye Von De Linde; with Members Joan Manzara and Karen <br />Eckman arriving late, during the meeting as noted. <br />Duane Schwartz, City of Roseville; Mark Maloney, City of Shoreview; <br />Tom Petersen, former Ramsey Conservation District (RCD) staff (now <br />attending as a private citizen); and Michael Goodnature, Conservation <br />Specialist with RCD; with Camilla Correll, Partner with the firm of FOR <br />arriving during the meeting at approximately 7:00 p.m., as scheduled. <br />Review and approve Meeting Minutes for October 28, 2010 <br />Member Von De Linde moved, and Member Westerberg seconded approval of the meeting <br />minutes of October 28, 2010 as presented. <br />Ayes: 3 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried <br />Chair Ferrington advised that the November 10 meeting minutes, and the November 30, 2010 <br />meeting minutes would be included for consideration at the December 15, 2010 special meeting. <br />1 <br />
