6

I have a question, Mr. Honchell, or really Mr. Popovich, I
guess. Mr. Honchell mentioned we do have - Mr. Zibell had put
in the storm sewer in there, and yet when Mr. popovich's figures
came out it showed that even though we have the storm sewer on
Eldridge the cost per foot was more than on Belmont Lane and I
couldn't understand that, not that I'm trying to say we should
pay less.

MR. HONCHELL: The lots on Eldridge (inaudible) or you say
you paid for it when you bought your lots, are not being proposed
to be assessed for storm drainage. There are storm drains.
The storm drainage on Belmont is a separate assessment from the
paving and we expect it would be done together (inaudible)
that's just for the people on Belmont because we have to build
the storm drains there. As far as the difference in the cost is,
a lot of that has to do with specific driveway repair that has
to be done in matching driveways because we want to put the
driveways back in good condition and we may only affect (inaudible)
and maybe we have to go back 10 feet. Each driveway has been
reviewed and part of the costs include that. Apparently there's a
little more cost in driveway work on Belmont than on Eldridge.

MR. KAZEK: (Inaudible) 29 feet face to face. What is the
width of the concrete curb?

~m. HONCHELL: Roughly six inches.

MR. KAZEK: So I'll end up with 30 feet.

MR. HONCHELL:

(inaudible) total improvement.

MR. KAZEK: What is the current width?

MR. HONCHELL: Eldridge is about 28 feet of asphalt.

MR. KAZEK: So you have to cut in two feet. Is it one on
each side?

MR. HONCHELL: Assuming it to be in the center, it would
be a foot on each side.

MRS. RUTH KATH, 2115 North Harnline: I am the daughter of
Irwin Zibell, the developer of the Zibell Addition, and the
last addition which is called the Zibell's Homestead Addition. I
own Lots 4 and 5 of Zibell's Homestead Addition.

I chose not to come up, but I'm up here (inaudible) I should
have come up when he talked about Burke, but that property belongs
to my brother. I lived on Hamline all my life. We used to skate
where County Road B is, across from the Golden Age Nursery.
That has always been a natural drainage. Also, at the end
of my father's property the water does not stand on his property,
but the property that is now Har Mar. In the spring when there
was run off the water would go up the hill maybe about five
feet on to my father's property, but water never stood there.
