<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville that the city enter into a contract with <br />Lametti and Sons, Inc., for storm drainage work identified <br />as Project ST-80-7 and ST-80-8 be done in accordance with plans <br />and specifications now on file in the office of the city engineer <br />and that the contractor be paid in accordance with the unit prices <br />set forth in the agreement at a total price of $ 22,390.00 <br />for the work. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Manager <br />be authorized to execute the necessary contract to carry out the <br />terms of this resolution and the contractor commence work <br /> <br />immediately. <br />The motion for the adoption of the <br />was duly seconded by Council Member Kehr <br />being taken thereon the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />foregoing resolution <br />and upon a vote <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br />Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY SS <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract <br />of minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the <br />17th day of November, 1980, with the original thereof on file in <br />my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript <br />therefrom insofar as the same relates to the authorizing contract <br />for emergency storm drainage work. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND officially as such Manager this~!~day <br />of November, 1980. <br /> <br />SEA L <br /> <br />
