733 Ms. Correll presented a DRAFT Proposed Stakeholder Group list of organization and contacts 734 (dated December 14, 2010) and further discussion ensued revising that list; clarifying that Mr. 735 Schwartz and Mr. Maloney should serve as the contact representatives for their respective 736 member cities; benefit of having the Planning Commissions involved as stakeholders; 737 involvement of realtors; and Mr. Maloney and Ms. Bloom offering to provide updated 738 information to Ms. Correll as applicable. 739 740 Member Manzara advised that she and Chair Ferrington would co- author a cover letter to include 741 with invitations to stakeholders; as well as drafting a letter requesting each City to appoint 742 someone from the City Council and Planning Commissions to serve as a representative at the 743 stakeholder meetings. Member Manzara stated she would take the lead to develop the first drafts. 744 745 Further stakeholder meetings were tentatively scheduled for February 3 or 10 and March 3 or 10, 746 2010, pending verification of the availability of adequate meeting space to facilitate the meetings 747 from 3 :30 6:30 p.m. 748 749 Further discussion included the format of the invitation; dissemination of a sample invitation to 750 individual Board members for their personal invitation to other interested individuals; how to 751 identify under represented groups to get them involved in the stakeholder groups; advertising 752 through various media sources by each member city as well as via e-mail and through press 753 releases to local newspapers. 754 755 Ms. Correll advised that she would provide e-mail and regular mail notice to both cities. 756 757 Member Manzara advised that she would work with Ms. Correll to finalize the invitations and 758 their processing at Ms. Correll's discretion. 759 760 Adjourn 761 Chair Ferrington adjourned the meeting at approximately 8 :44 p.m. 762 763 17
