1 Grass Lake Water Management Organization <br />2 Regular Meeting Minutes March 17, 2011 <br />3 City Hall Willow Room <br />4 2660 Civic Center Drive; Roseville, MN <br />5 Approved by the GLWMO Board on 4 -21 -11 <br />6 <br />7 Call to Order <br />8 Acting Chair Pro -tem Eckman called to order the regular meeting of the Grass Lakes Water <br />9 Management Organization (GLWMO) at approximately 4:00 p.m. <br />10 Members Present: Acting Chair Pro tem Karen Eckman; and Members Chuck Westerberg; <br />11 Jonathan Miller, and Mary Kay Von De Linde <br />12 Members Excused: None <br />13 Members Absent: Member Joan Manzara (with Notice) <br />14 Others Present: GLWMO Administrator Tom Petersen, City of Roseville Representative <br />15 Duane Schwartz; EOR Representative Camilla Correll; and former <br />16 GLWMO Chair Len Ferrington <br />17 <br />18 Review and Approve the March 17, 2011 Agenda <br />19 Mr. Petersen advised that he had one additional invoice to submit tonight. <br />20 Motion 11 -03 -01 <br />21 Member Westerberg moved, and Member Von De Linde seconded approval of the March 17, <br />22 2011 agenda as amended. <br />23 Ayes: 4 <br />24 Nays: 0 <br />25 Motion carried. <br />26 <br />27 Review and Approve the February 17, 2011 Regular Meeting Minutes <br />28 Motion 11 -03 -02 <br />29 Member Von De Linde moved, and Member Miller seconded approval of the February 17, 2011 <br />30 regular Meeting Minutes as amended. <br />31 Corrections <br />32 Page 2, Line 77 -78 (Eckman), questions to Ms. Correll on the statement regarding condition <br />33 of cost -share funding through BMP for project sites available for tours and educational <br />34 information to others. Ms. Correll advised that the statement was correct; that other <br />35 watershed districts made that a condition of their programs <br />36 Page 5, Line 189 (Eckman), strike "hybrid and correct Plan's date from "2011" to "2001" <br />37 Page 5, Line 200 (Eckman), correct to read that the "financial history was provided from <br />38 2007 through December of 2010; strike "up -to- date" <br />39 Page 7, Line 314 (Eckman), question to Ms. Correll as to whether the information referenced <br />40 on any pending Roseville Parks and Recreation projects that may be applicable; with Ms. <br />41 Correll advising that she would check, but thought the information had been provided to <br />42 EOR by Mr. Schwartz. <br />43 Page 8, Line 327 "meeting" spelling error (Ferrington) <br />44 Ayes: 4 <br />45 Nays: 0 <br />46 Motion carried. <br />1 <br />
