Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Rosevi11e Ramsey County, Minnesota December 22, 1980 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 22nd day of December, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: r-1ayor Demos and Councilmen Franke, Kehr and CurleY1 and the following were absent: One Vacancy. Councilman Franke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7087 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVE~mNT NO. P-90-35 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted December 8, 1980, the Council has directed the City consulting engineer to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property on Brenner Avenue from Snelling Frontage Road to Albert Street by the installation of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, and necessary appurtenances. The consulting engineer was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improve- ment should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. P-80-35. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on January 26, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Rose- ville Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 3.
