<br />NOTICE OF HEAllING <br />ON IMRPOVEMENT NO. P-90-35 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 26th day of January, 1981, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-80-35 including all that property on Brenner <br />Avenue from Snelling Frontage Road to Albert street by the <br />installation of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving, <br />and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substan- <br />tially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report <br />which is now on file and open to public inspection in the <br />office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$113,522.l0. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Brenner Avenue <br />from Snelling Frontage Road to Albert Street. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: December 22, 1980 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
