The household hazardous waste collection use shall be administratively reviewed on an <br /> annual basis on the anniversary date of the resolution granting the renewed INTERIM <br /> USE approval, with a staff report submitted to the Planning Commission and City <br /> Council as needed to address operational or maintenance issues that may arise. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br /> Member Willmus and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Willmus; <br /> McGehee; Pust; Johnson; and Roe; <br /> and none voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
