<br />ST-80-22 consisting of the installation of storm sewer and neces- <br />sary appurtenances in the general area bounded by a line 300 feet <br />south of Millwood Avenue on the south, Glenhill Road on the north, <br />Snelling Avenue on the west, and a line 400 feet east of Hamline <br />Avenue on the east, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a <br />cost presently estimated at $646,625.70, and substantially in <br />accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility <br />thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; <br />and having considered the views of all interested persons and <br />being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby <br />determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed <br />and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, <br />pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be <br />assessed therefor shall include the property,as described in the <br />Notice of Hearing. The City Public Works Director is directed <br />to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and speci- <br />fications: <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Curley, and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />10 <br />
