MR. HONCHELL: Not that I know of. Not that they (inaudible).

MR. WALTER O'MALLEY: On the map that was sent to us and that
you have on the wall there, they did not show the already existing
sewer that is in on Clarmar, from about Pascal down to (inaudible).
Was there some reason for that?

MR. HONCHELL: The existing sewer on Clarmar?

MR. O'MALLEY: Yes.

MR. HONCHELL: I guess I'm not familiar with any sewer that
exists there.

MR. ANDRE: Storm sewer I think.

MR. O'MALLEY: There is a storm sewer on the end of Clarmar
and Hamline.

MR. HONCHELL: You mean the culvert that crosses Clarmar?
That runs in a north-south direction?

MR. O'MALLEY: (Inaudible) carries the water underneath the
road.

MR. HONCHELL: Yes. It carries it under Clarmar and then
goes from there into the lake.

MR. O'MALLEY: There are manholes along Clarmar. There
happens to be one in front of my house. And yet you don't show
it on your (inaudible).

MR. HONCHELL: Is it on Clarmar or (inaudible).

MR. O'MALLEY: There is a manhole cover on Clarmar in front
of my house, that I assume is for a sewer.

MR. HONCHELL: (Inaudible).

MR. O'MALLEY: There isn't any on Clarmar?

MR. HONCHELL: (Inaudible).

MAYOR DEMOS: I might add that this diversion project to
Lake Josephine is part of a total grant for the long lake chain,
which was part of a total $2,000,000 project. So that would be
one reason for those astronomical figures in 1977, why that was
so (inaudible). But that has almost all been completed at this
point.

MR. O'MALLEY: In 1977, earlier than that, they said the
total cost would be more like $7,000,000; to put in what they
said would be adequate.

MAYOR DEMOS: It was about $2,000,000.

5
