<br />-2- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no action should be taken by the Metropolitan <br />Councilor any of its agencies until a series of meetings could <br />be organized by the Metropolitan Council staff to develop a <br />methodology of separating the combined sewers; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville <br />officially requests that no action be taken by the Metropolitan <br />Council where any of its organizations or agencies for a 90 day <br />period concerning the reallocation of Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission Sanitary Sewer Fees being paid by the City of St. Paul; <br /> <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Metropolitan Council <br />staff should be instructed to organize a series of meetings between <br />the affected parties to develop a methodology for implementing the <br />preferred solution of separating the appropriate combined sewers in <br />the City of St. Paul. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COlWTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that <br />I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of <br />minutes of a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 9th <br />day of February, 1981, with the original on file in my office, and <br />the same is a true and complete transcript insofar as the same <br />relates to the Metropolitan Council Lake Overflow Study Effecting <br />St. Paul Sewer Fees. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as said Manager and the corporate seal <br />of the City of Roseville this 10th day of February, 1981. <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />
