• 1017.21: CONDITIONAL USES: <br /> Conditional uses allowable within shoreland areas shall be subject to all of the review and approval <br /> procedures of this Section 1009.02 of this CedeTitle. The following additional evaluation criteria and <br /> conditions apply within shoreland areas: <br /> B. Conditions Attached to Conditional Use PermitsApprovals: The City Council,upon consideration <br /> of the criteria listed above and the purposes of this Chapter may attach such conditions to the issuance of <br /> the-conditional use permits approvals as it deems necessary. Such conditions may include,but are not <br /> limited to, the following: <br /> 1017.22: NONCONFORMITIES: <br /> All legally established nonconformities as of the date of this Code amendment may continue,but they <br /> shall be managed according to applicable State statutes and other regulations of the Citythe requirements <br /> of Section 1002.04 of this Title for the subjects of alterations and additions, repair after damage, <br /> discontinuance of use and intensification of use. <br /> 1017.23: SUBDIVISION/PLATTING PROVISIONS: <br /> A.
