<br />Resolution No. 7168 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-81-3 <br />UNDER AND PURSUANT TO <br />MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a pub- <br />lic hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />ST-81-3 consisting of the installation of storm sewer and neces- <br />sary appurtenances in the general area bounded by Highway 35-W <br />on the west, Prior Avenue on the east, T.H. 36 on the south, <br />and a line 740 feet more or less north of County Road B-2 on the <br />north, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently <br />estimated at $145,200.00, and substantially in accordance with <br />the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is <br />now on file in the office of the City Manager; and having con- <br />sidered the views of all interested persons and being fully ad- <br />vised in the premise~, the Council does hereby cetermine and <br />order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, <br />and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to <br />said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed <br />therefor shall include the property as described in the Notice <br />of Hearing. The City Public Works Director is directed to pre- <br />pare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Franke, and upon roll call vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and <br /> <br />the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />4 <br />
