<br />-2- <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilman Curley, and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that <br />I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes <br />of a special meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 15th <br />day of June, 1981, with the original thereof on file in my office, and <br />the same is a full, true and complete transcript insofar as the same <br />relates to the Governor Requesting a Major Disaster. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as said Manager and the corporate seal of <br />the City this 17th day of June, 1981. <br /> <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
