The attachment includes the outage event number, <br /> the date and time of the outage, the duration (minutes) and the number of customers <br /> impacted. Attachment B of the file provides similar information related to outages <br /> experienced within the Metro West region. <br /> Due to privacy and security information policies and concerns, the information <br /> provided in this answer and attachments does not include the requested level of detail. <br /> The level of detail requested could be considered "security information" as defined by <br /> Minn. Stat. § 13.37, subd. 1(a). The Company believes the information sought could <br /> be manipulated to reveal the location and size of facilities serving our customers. The <br /> public disclosure or use of this information creates an unacceptable risk because those <br /> who want to disrupt the electrical grid for political or other reasons may learn which <br /> facilities to target to create the greatest disruption. <br /> In addition,it appears the request seeks information that could be considered "private <br /> data on individuals," as defined under Minn. Stat. § 13.02, such as customer names, <br /> telephone numbers, and outage events from which they were impacted. This <br /> information is maintained by the Company as private customer data, and for this <br /> reason, pursuant to Minn.
