Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order for April: Willmus; <br /> McGehee; Pust; Johnson; and Roe). City Attorney Mark Gaughan was also present. <br /> Mayor Roe noted that Councilmember Pust had previously advised that she would be un- <br /> able to attend tonight's meeting. <br /> Grass Lake Water Management Organization Board Interviews <br /> 6:05 p.m. Steve Barrett <br /> 6:15 p.m. Rebecca Galkiewicz <br /> 6:35 p.m. Kurt LaBresh <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Staff and Councilmember Willmus requested deferral of Item 13.d entitled, "Continue <br /> Discussion regarding Mechanism for Regulating Accessory Dwelling Units," until a fu- <br /> ture meeting. <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Consent Agenda Item 7.c entitled, "Re- <br /> ceive Shared Services Report." <br /> Johnson moved, Willmus seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; McGehee; Johnson; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> a. John Kysylyczyn,3083 N Victoria Street <br /> Mr. Kysylyczyn provided three (3) bench handouts, attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof <br /> Liquor Ordinance <br /> As a result of his viewing of the April 18, 2011 City Council meeting, Mr. Kysy- <br /> lyczyn provided his research from 2000 discussions by the City Council and their <br /> eleven (11) months of work going into the last revision of the City's Liquor Or- <br /> dinance, that had included input from business owners; MADD; City Council- <br /> members; citizens; and other interested parties.
