R9P <br />Volume 3 <br />June 9, 2011 <br />Project Update <br />North Valley, the City's Contractor, has the <br />provided the following updated schedule for this <br />project: <br />Week of June 6th: <br />Paving of the following street segments: <br />Oakcrest Avenue (Cleveland Ave to Prior Ave) <br />Elmer Street (William St to Woodbridge St) <br />Curb and gutter replacement on the following street <br />segments: <br />Cohansey Blvd (Crescent Lane to Irene Street) <br />Fisk Street (County Road C to Oakcrest Ave) <br />Hythe Street (Draper Street to Roselawn Ave) <br />Rose Place (Fisk Street to Avon Street) <br />Aladdin Street storm sewer construction is <br />underway. <br />Week of June 13th: <br />Paving of the following street segments: <br />Parker Avenue (Lexington Ave to Victoria Street) <br />Garden Avenue (Hamline Ave to Lexington Ave) <br />Pavement reclamation of the following street <br />segments: <br />Cohansey Blvd (Crescent Lane to Irene Street) <br />Fisk Street (County Road C to Oakcrest) <br />Hythe Street (Draper Street to Roselawn Ave) <br />Rose Place (Fisk Street to Avon Street) <br />Aladdin Street (Rose Place to cul -de -sac) <br />Evergreen Court (Skillman Ave to cul -de -sac) <br />Please be aware that schedules are weather <br />dependent, rain can cause delays. Check the <br />website for the most current information. <br />All work should be completed by August 2011. Mill <br />and Overlay projects typically take between 3 to 5 <br />weeks to complete. <br />Don't see your street? <br />If your street is not on the list above, you are <br />receiving this newsletter because this project will <br />impact how you access your neighborhood. <br />2011 Pavement <br />Management Project <br />Milling of existing pavement on Centre Pointe Dr. <br />Private Systems behind curb <br />Curbs designated for repair are marked or will be <br />marked in the near future with white paint. <br />Sprinkler systems and invisible fences near curb <br />repairs will be affected. We recommend that you <br />mark the location of underground wires or <br />sprinklers immediately. Removal and reinstallation <br />of these items is the responsibility of the property <br />owner. Please remove these items from the city <br />right- of- way before work is scheduled to occur on <br />your street. If these items are not removed, the <br />contractor will damage them when they start <br />construction.
