Whereas, The TAC shall convene at least twice per year or more often as determined by the <br />Board and the TAC; and <br />Whereas, The Committee shall report its findings and recommendations to the Board for its <br />consideration. <br />Now Therefore Be It Resolved, The GLWMO Board of Commissioners shall establish a TAC <br />effective May 19, 2011. <br />
