<br />Extract of Minutes of Regular Meeting of the City Council <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, Held November 9, 1981 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Franke, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted <br />in favor of the resolution: Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos, and the following <br />voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager of <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, held on the 9th day <br />of November, 1981, with the original on file in my office, and the same is a <br />full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to <br />a resolution opposing Ramsey County's proposed Hotel/Motel Tax, and to forward <br />a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey County Board, to members of the <br />Ramsey County League of Cities, and to the Ramsey County Legislative <br />Delegation. <br /> <br />WITNESS, my hand as such Manager and the corporate seal of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, this 13th day of November, 1981. <br /> <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
