This will assist the orr ssion With agenda, directly engaging residents that work or live in Roseville, assist the Commission in bed well informed with issues in the areas listed above. City Commissions are not considered non. Profits, they are considered taxing entities and are not eligible to apply for a chadtable gambling lieense.(This determination was male by the Minn esota rambling Board). Partnership would have to be established with a active non -Profit organisation that has a Board of Director's of 15 or mom.
