Popovich of Peterson, Popovich, Knutson & Flynn, City Bond Consultants. .. MAYOR DEM08: This hearing is for Improvement No. 88-81-19, sanitary sewer for the unconnected home at 556 County Road C. MR. ANDRE: The Certificate of Mailing and Affidavit of Publication for this project.are on file. MR. HONCHELL: Once again, we have a parcel, or some land - in this case a particular structure - which is not connected to the City sanitary sewer system. I'll give you a little background on this project. There is a sanitary sewer that runs along the north side of "C" to the middle of Mackubin, where it turns and goes northerly, which serves the condomin- iums and townhouses. There is another sanitary sewer that runs along the west side of Dale Street with a manhole at County Road C that runs westerly and serves that property. It's not possible to put all of them on the overhead. Those of you that are familiar with the area, I'm sure you know we have Central Park in this area, with the low wetlands, and they recently put a floating boardwalk on it to indicate how wet it is. There is the City's recycling center for the leaves at this site. Although this shows it as single parcels, the wetland actually comes up into this area - a varying amount.
