I guess this is another one of these difficult things, but it seems to me that - I appreciate that we would be extending the pay back period beyond the bond payment, but I feel that it's in the welfare of the City to get these things done and it's in their welfare to have it done. This is not the assessment hearing and not the time to make that decision, but I guess at the time the assessment hearing would be held that the same Council ought to be here . . . COUNCILMAN FRANKE: We can make some adjustments. MAYOR DEMOS: I think it should be extended. I think the pay back period should be extended beyond the bond period. COUNCILMAN CURLEY then introduced the following resolu- tion and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7309 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-8l-21 . UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. SS-W-81-2l consisting of the extension of sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer services, water services and necessary appur- tenances to all that property located at 450 and 472 South Owasso Boulevard in the City of Roseville, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $21,959.00, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed and special assessrne~ts shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the Notice of Hearing. The City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications. 7
