Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota February 8, 1982 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 8th day of February, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following were absent: None. Councilman Franke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resol ution No. t~_~.~./ RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-8l-l4 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted September 14, 1981, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a pre- liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property abutting Oakcrest Avenue from Lexington Avenue to Hamline Avenue by the installation of bitu- minous paving, concrete curb and gutter, water service, sewer service and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are here- by approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improve- ment No. SS-W-P-8l-l4. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on March 8, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Rose- ville Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 3.
