<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-8l-l4 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, I'-1INNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 8th day of March, 1982, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minne- <br />sota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement <br />No. SS-W-P-8l-l4 including all that property abutting Oakcrest <br />Avenue from Lexington Avenue to Hamline Avenue by the installa- <br />tion of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, water ser- <br />vice, sewer service and necessary appurtenances. The fore- <br />going is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$289,277.55. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Oakcrest Avenue <br />from Lexington Avenue to Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 8, 1982 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
