Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota February 8, 1982 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 8th day of February, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson~ and the following were absent: None. Councilman Franke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No.(731l RESOLUTIOl~ RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-80-30 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted September S, 1980, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a pre- liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property in the area generally bounded by Lexington Avenue on the west, Victoria Street on the east, Central Park on the north, and Grandview Avenue on the south by the installation of storm sewer, pond excavation and neces- sary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. ST-80-30. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on March 8, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Rose- ville Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 3.
