<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-80-30 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 8th day of March, 1982, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minne- <br />sota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement <br />No. ST-80-30, including all that property in the area generally <br />bounded by Lexington Avenue on the west, Victoria Street on the <br />east, Central Park on the north, and Grandview Avenue on the <br />south by the installation of storm sewer, pond excavation and <br />necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially <br />in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />Ci ty Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$494,419.65.
