MR. PASCH: Yes.

MRS. KAREN MATHISON, 931 West County Road B-2: I live
right by Rick's house there. See the line where you have the
pipe going through? You say there's a pipe in there now.
We've been told for 15 years that that's a sanitary sewer and
there's one in our backyard besides. Where does the sanitary
sewer go? How come nobody else has one?

MR. HONCHELL: There are two sewers - one sanitary and
one old storm pipe.

MRS. MATHISON: Okay. We were told that that was a sani-
tary sewer too. If that sanitary sewer goes all the way down -
why doesn't anyone else have an easement on their property to
go through for that sewer line? We have a twenty foot easement
on that lot sitting there but nobody behind us has one.

MR. HONCHELL: I believe the sewer jogs to the west as it
gets to the north end of your property and then crosses towards
Brooks and Transit.

MRS. MATHISON: You're not sure where that pipe goes?

(-'"

MR. HONCHELL: I'm not sure, but my engineering staff has
reviewed that and I'm sure we'd be happy to meet with you
afterwards and show you exactly where it goes. I don't know
where every sewer in the City goes.

MRS. MATHISON: I can understand Rick's part about the
water level. We wash out a garden every year. It all comes
off the street from further up and I hope when they do the
sewers that they'll put the basins in the right places. You
have a problem right now by Ramsey High School.

MRS. JUDITH HAZEN, 2476 Aglen: We have a lot of drainage
corning down Aglen Street. We have qrainage from Transit and
from Oxford and lots of streets - it's been said that at
least three blocks worth - I think it's probably more than
that. with the drainage of water, there is always the drainage
of sand. The City of Roseville is extremely generous all
winter - they sand our street repeatedly - and that sand runs
down when the water runs down Aglen every spring,. I would like
to see that eliminated. I'm very happy to know that the sewer
project is being considered and would like to support it.

MR. JEFFREY HAZEN, 2476 Aglen: I agree with my wife's
statement and I would like to read a statement from our neigh-
bors across the street who couldn't be here - ~arbara and
Richard St. Dennis, who live at 2475 Aglen Street. They are
speaking in favor of both the storm sewer project - ST':'SO-30 -
and the project 82-5. Based on the estimates that we were
given of the cost - when Mr. Drown met with our block a week
or so ago - they also say that should the above estimates
increase or the improvements change, we reserve the right to
review the new estimates (inaudible) and possibly withdraw our
support.

17
