<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, i"linnesota, was <br />held in the City Hall in said city on Monday, the 24th day of <br />i4ay, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson: and the followinq <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7357 <br /> <br />RESOLUTIOi'J ORDERING IMPROVEHENT <br />NO. SS-W-P-82-3 PURSUANT TO <br />PETITI01~ BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHE~AS, the City COuncil received a petition from all <br />owners of the real property on Dellwood Avenue from Roma Avenue <br /> <br />southerly to end of cul-de-sac in the City of Roseville re- <br />questing that the Council install sanitary sewer, water, <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary <br />appurtenances at said location and requesting that the entire <br />cost of said improvelnent be assessed against their property: <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />May 10, 1982, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br />Works Director with reference to the improvement, and this <br />report was received by the Council on May 24, 1982. <br />
