<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ro=;SOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />l. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all <br />property affected by said requested improvement in accordance <br />with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3). <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as <br />proposed in the report of the City Public Works Director. <br /> <br />3. The City Public Works Director is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of tne foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, tile following voted in favor thereof: All; and <br />the following voted against the same: l~ne; whereupon said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
