<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 26, 1982, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1982 <br /> <br />assessment rolls prepared by him with the asslstance of the City <br /> <br />Public Works Director' as directed by the COlillcil on July 12, <br /> <br />1982, and reported that the assessment rolls are now on file in <br /> <br />his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman Johnson then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7386 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ~OLLS AND PROVIDING <br />FOR HElI.RINGS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville <br />that the proposed 1982 assessment rolls now on file and open to <br />public inspection in the office of the City Manager are approved, <br />and the Manager is 'directed to publish and mail notices that <br />the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessments on <br />August 18, 1982, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in <br />the City of Roseville, at 7:00 o'clock p.m., which assessment <br />hearings will be held on the following improvements: <br /> <br />P-80-17 <br />P-80 -19 <br />SS-V~-P-80 -2 6 <br />P - 81 -4 <br />Consolidated Improvement <br />P-8l-6 and P-81-8 <br />P-79-21 <br /> <br />P-80-10 <br />W-ST-80-20 <br />ST-8l-3 <br />ST-P-80-21 <br />Consolidated Improvement <br />P-BO-27 and ST-P-BO-32 <br />
