<br />Each notice shall state the date, time and place of the <br />meeting, the general nature of each of the improvements, the <br />areas proposed to be assessed, the total cost of the improvements, <br />that the proposed assessment rolls are on file with the Manager, <br />and that written or oral objections thereto by any property <br />owner will be considered. The notices shall be published in the <br />official newspaper of the City at least once, and shall be <br />mailed to the owners of each parcel described in the assessment <br />rolls, not less than two weeks prior to the date of said <br />meeting. For the purpose of such mailed notices, owners of said <br />parcels shall be those shown as such on the records of the <br />County Treasurer. Every property owner whose name does not <br />appear on such records (other than owners of property which is <br />tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) shall be <br />deemed to nave waived such mailed notice unless he has requested <br />in writing that the County Treasurer include his name on the <br />records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The'motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; <br /> <br />and the <br /> <br />following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolu- <br /> <br />tion was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
