RESOLUTION 7428 -2- is incorporated herein by reference and given preliminary approval (subject to the following modifications: Indicate any changes deemed appropriate by the City Council) . None. 2. The City Manager is authorized and directed to make available to each member of the County Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County and the School Board of Independent School District Nos. 621 and 623 a copy of this resolution, together with a copy of the proposal given preliminary approval herein, and to invite each such member to meet with the City Council to discuss said proposal on the 4th day of October, 1982, at 5:00 o'clock p.m. at the City Hall. 3. A public hearing on said proposal will be lleld at the time and place set forth in the Notice of Hearing hereto attached and incorporated herein by reference. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause said Notice of Hearing to be published in the official newspaper and, if the official newspaper does not have general circulation, in a newspaper of general circulation in the City at least once, not less than 10 days nor more than 30 days prior to the date of hearing and to cause a copy of said notice to be mailed to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and the School Board Clerk of Independent School District Nos. 621 and 623. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Franke, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present. and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
