<br />/ <br /> <br />Extract o~ Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 13th day <br />of September, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7429 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-82-17 AND <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-82-18 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />improvements, according to the plans and specifications there- <br /> <br />of on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said <br /> <br />bids were received on September 10, 1982, at 10:00 o'clock <br /> <br />a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following <br /> <br />bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />C.
