<br />vlliEREAS, it appears that C. S. McCrossan, Inc. of Osseo, <br /> <br /> <br />Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated <br /> <br /> <br />price of $197,090.00. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and <br /> <br /> <br />directed to enter into a contract with C. S. McCrossan, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />for $197,090.00 in the name of the City of Roseville for the <br /> <br />above improvements according to the plans and specifications <br /> <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file <br /> <br /> <br />In the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br /> <br />their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and <br /> <br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have <br /> <br /> <br />been signed. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Curley and upon <br /> <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: All; and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed <br /> <br /> <br />and adopted. <br />
