<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~1EETING OF THE <br />ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD ON SEPTEMBER 13, 1982 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br /> <br />County, Minnesota, on Monday, the 13th day of September, 1982, <br /> <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Johnson <br /> <br />introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7430 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State, pursuant to Minnesota Statute, <br /> <br />Section 161.36 (1980), is authorized to cooperate with the United <br /> <br />States Government in supervising improvements of public highways <br /> <br />within the State of Minnesota not included in the trunk highway <br /> <br />system, and to act in disbursing and accounting for Federal Funds <br /> <br />in connection therewith; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, County Road C-2, as now established, crosses the <br /> <br />track of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company at grade in the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, the location of said crossing and railway track being <br /> <br />described and referred to and made a part of Agreement No. 60959: <br />
