<br />WHEREAS, the City and the Company desire that this <br /> <br /> <br />grade crossing be protected by railroad crossing signals, cantilever <br /> <br /> <br />type flashing lights, and work to be done by others, as referred <br /> <br />to in Agreement No. 60959. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville <br /> <br /> <br />enter into an Agreement with Minnesota Transfer Railway Company and <br /> <br />the Commissioner of Transportation for the installation and <br /> <br /> <br />maintenance of railroad crossing signals at the intersection of <br /> <br />County Road C-2 with the tracks of Minnesota Transfer Railway Com- <br /> <br /> <br />pany in Roseville, Minneost a, and appointing the Commissioner of <br /> <br />Transportation agent for the City to supervise said project and <br /> <br />administer available Federal Funds in accordance with Minnesota <br /> <br />Statute, Section 161.36 (1980). The City's share of the cost shall <br /> <br /> <br />be ten percent of the total cost. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Manager <br /> <br />be and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Kehr and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
