Roll Call <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, Maschka, and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. and <br />welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council meeting. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Review Agenda <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for any conLn1ents or discussion on <br />the Consent Agenda. There were no comments. <br /> <br />Review <br />Agenda <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comment by men1bers of <br />the audience. <br /> <br />Public <br />Comment <br /> <br />A. Al Sands, 2612 Aldine <br />Mr. Sands spoke about Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and <br />distributed bench handout n1aterials for all <br />Councilmembers consisting of materials prepared by Mr. <br />Sands regarding TIF, along with program evaluations <br />prepared by the State Office of the Legislative Auditor. <br /> <br />B. Joseph Machyowsky, 2690 North Oxford Street <br />Mr. Machyowsky complimented Mayor Kysylyczyn and <br />Councilmembers Kough and Schroeder for lowering taxes. <br /> <br />C. Richard Verhagen, Ph.D., 176 So. Owasso Boulevard <br />Dr. Verhagen spoke about the Lawyers Professional <br />Responsibility Board and "Save Roseville" signs; he <br />distributed a copy of a definition of "advertisement." <br />
