Roseville Public Works, Environment <br />and Transportation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />1. Introduction / Roll Call <br />Vice Chair Hodder called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and, at <br />his request, Assistant Public Works Director/City Engineer Jennifer Lowry called <br />the roll. <br />Present: Chair Bryant Ficek (arrived at 6:38 p.m.); Vice Chair Edwin <br />Hodder; Members Jarrod Cicha, Allison Luongo, and Des Mueller; <br />and Youth Commissioner Alexis Jendro <br />Absent: Member Daniel Fergus and Youth Commissioner Carsten Bauer <br />(Excused) <br />Staff Present: Assistant Public Works Director/City Engineer Jennifer <br />Lowry, Intern Anisa Riaz, and Intern Reily Sieren <br />2. Approve Agenda <br />Member Cicha moved, Member Luongo seconded, approval of the July 22, <br />2025, Agenda as presented. <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />3. Public Comments <br />4. Communication Items <br />Assistant Public Works Director/City Engineer Jennifer Lowry gave a brief review <br />and update on projects and maintenance activities listed in the staff report dated <br />July 17, 2025. <br />Ms. Lowry explained that Lexington construction was scheduled for this year. <br />Tamarack bids were opened and awarded.
