<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of July 8, 1991 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through 8-13, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Wayne and Susan
<br />Wolter's request for a minor variance, to construct an
<br />8 x 9 foot entry addition, with a setback of 26 feet,
<br />six inches instead of the required 30 feet, to their
<br />existing dwelling at 1990 Fernwood, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the following
<br />blanket minor variances be approved in accordance with
<br />the city's blanket minor variance policy for driveway
<br />side yard setbacks:

<br />1. Norma Boudin request for 4 foot variance at 297 W.
<br />County Road B.
<br />
<br />2. Donald Bush request for 2 foot variance at 351 W.
<br />County Road B.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the city Attor-
<br />ney be instructed to prepare the Solid Waste Collec-
<br />tion Ordinance for consideration by the city Council
<br />at its August 12, 1991 meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cush-
<br />man, Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Attor-
<br />bet be instructed to prepare the Curbside Recycling
<br />Ordinance for consideration by the city Council at its
<br />August 12, 1991 meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Thomas, Maschka, Johnson, and Rog. Ayes: None.
