Voters can <br />vote in person at multiple <br />locations or vote by mail. <br />In-Person Voting <br />Locations <br />New Brighton Community Center <br />400 10th St NW; or the Ramsey <br />County Library - Roseville, at 2180 <br />Hamline Ave N. <br />• Friday, Jun. 26 to Friday, Aug. <br />7, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. <br />• Saturday, Aug. 8, 10:00 a.m. to <br />3:00 p.m. <br />• Monday, Aug. 10, 10:00 a.m. to <br />5:00 p.m. <br />Ramsey County Elections Office - <br />Plato Building, 90 W. Plato Blvd., <br />Suite 160, St. Paul <br />• Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to <br />4:30 p.m. <br />• Saturday, Aug. 8, 10:00 a.m. to <br />3:00 p.m. <br />• Monday, Aug. 10, 10:00 a.m. to <br />5:00 p.m. <br />These three locations are open to <br />ALL Ramsey County residents, no <br />matter where you reside in Ramsey <br />County, and will be the ONLY in- <br />person locations prior to the August <br />11 primary election. Location <br />hours will change the week before <br />the primary election, but additional <br />Two City Council Member <br />seats will be up for election this <br />fall. The two seats will be for <br />four-year terms (2021-2024). <br />If you are interested in running <br />for one of the open seats, <br />you must file an Affidavit of <br />Candidacy. Candidate filing <br />packets are available at City <br />Hall, at the Ramsey County <br />Elections Office, 90 W. Plato <br />Blvd., Suite 160, St. Paul, or <br />online at rcelections.org. <br />The filing period will open on <br />Tuesday, July 28 at 8:00 a.m. <br />and close on Tuesday, August <br />11 at 5:00 p.m. The cost to file <br />is $2 and can be paid with cash, <br />check or online by visiting <br />https://cityofardenhills.revtrak. <br />net/, Candidates may withdraw <br />from the ballot by filing an <br />affidavit of withdrawal at any <br />time during the filing period <br />and through Thursday, August <br />13 at 5:00 p.m. Filing fees are <br />not refundable. <br />For more information about <br />the filing process, contact the <br />City Clerk at 651-792-7811, or <br />Ramsey County Elections at <br />elections@co.ramsey.mn.us or <br />651-266-2171. <br />locations will not be <br />added. <br />Signs will be in place with <br />specific guidelines for <br />entering and exiting the <br />in-person locations. Cloth <br />masks will be available to voters, <br />if they want one and have not <br />brought one with them; however, <br />masks will not be required. All <br />election judges and personnel will <br />be wearing masks and shields, as <br />needed, per CDC guidelines. <br />Curbside voting is available at <br />the in-person early voting sites <br />and will also be offered at your <br />precinct on Primary Day for those <br />that need the accommodation. <br />Look for the sign and call the <br />posted telephone number and <br />someone will assist you. <br />Vote by Mail <br />Visit the Minnesota Secretary of <br />State website at www.sos.state. <br />mn.us to register to vote, check <br />your registration status, or request <br />an absentee ballot to vote by mail <br />for both the state primary and the <br />general election. Due to recent <br />case law, the requirement to have <br />a witness sign your ballot has been <br />removed, so your mail-in ballot <br />only requires you to sign it.
