Anderson then presented the three concept plans for Floral Park, prepared <br /> I - <br /> by the University students. The meeting was then opened for questions and <br /> conments from the residents. <br /> Some concerne of the residents: <br /> - Provisions for policing park as development proceeds. <br /> • - Concerned about park access; wanted major access off Hamline to <br /> elim-inatt, tra1ftc from Floral Park neighborhood. <br /> - Opposed to large parking lots and roadway through park. <br /> - Concern that development would dectrcy marsh area in park.
