<br />.. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey COunty, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village COuncil of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 31st <br />day of January, 1972, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br /> <br />Councilmen Olmen, Henderson and Herrick <br /> <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br /> <br />COuncilman Olmen introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1~-3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIM- <br />INARY REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLJ:C <br />HEARING ON WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Councll of the Village of Arden Hills <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted January 10, 1972, the Council <br />has directed Banister Engineering company to prepare a pre- <br />liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement <br />consisting of the rerouting of 12" watermain northerly along <br />HaInline Avenue to S.T.H. 96, thence westerly on S.T.a. 96 to <br />connect to a proposed 12 II watennain on Snelling Avenue: the <br />extension of a 12 II watermain from the elevated tank on Fern- <br />wood Street to Hamline Avenue: and the extension of an 8" <br />watennain easterly on Amble Road from Hamline Avenue and all <br />necessary appurtenances. Banister Engineering was also <br />directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the <br />proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should <br /> <br />. <br />
