<br />..'f' <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day <br />of February, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br />Councilmen McAllister, Hollenhorst and Johnson; and the following <br />were absent: One Vacancy. <br />Councilman Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br />the following resolution: <br />Resolution No. 82-14 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-l, PROJECT C <br />(Bikeways) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br />on July 28, 1980, the City Consulting Engineers have prepared <br />plans and specifications for Improvement No. P-80-l and have <br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for <br /> <br />approval. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official paper, <br />and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon <br />the making of such approved plans and specifications.
