I I- I I I I I I I Ie I I I I I I I I- I MINUTES CITY OF ARDEN mLLS, MINNESOTA REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MAY 30, 1995 7:30 P.M. - NEW BRIGHTON CITY HALL CALL TO ORDERlROLL CALL Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular City Council meeting at 7:31 p.m. Present: Mayor Dennis Probst; Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Dale Hicks, Paul Malone and Susan Keirn. Also present were: City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger; City Accountant, Terry Post; City Engineer, Greg Stonehouse; Planning Consultant, John Bergly; and Recording Secretary, Ruth McLaurin. ADOPT AGENDA City Administrator Fritsinger noted a few modifications to the agenda; item 5.a. would become item 7.c.1 under Unfinished and New Business and an addition of item 7.m. Update on 1994 Street Improvement Punch List. MOTION: Aplikowski moved and Keirn seconded a motion to adopt the agenda for the May 30, 1995 City Council meeting as amended. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). PUBLIC HEARING COUNTY ROAD F RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT ASSESSMENTS Mayor Probst opened the Public Hearing at 7:33 p.m. Mayor Probst indicated due to the inability of proper publication of notification by the newspaper, the Public Hearing would be rescheduled. He indicated certified letters were sent to property owners noting the change in Meeting dates. Mayor Probst apologized for the confusion, but indicated the Public Hearing must be properly publicized in order to be held. Mayor Probst closed the Public Hearing at 7:34 p.m. MOTION: Keim moved and Hicks seconded a motion to reschedule the Public Hearing for County Road F Reconstruction Project Assessments for June 12, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (5-0).
