<br />I <br />I- <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />Ie <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I- <br />I <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />CITY OF ARDEN mLLS, MINNESOTA <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MAY 30, 1995 <br />7:30 P.M. - NEW BRIGHTON CITY HALL <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDERlROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular City <br />Council meeting at 7:31 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Dennis Probst; Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Dale Hicks, <br />Paul Malone and Susan Keirn. <br /> <br />Also present were: City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger; City Accountant, Terry Post; City <br />Engineer, Greg Stonehouse; Planning Consultant, John Bergly; and Recording Secretary, <br />Ruth McLaurin. <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Fritsinger noted a few modifications to the agenda; item 5.a. would become item <br />7.c.1 under Unfinished and New Business and an addition of item 7.m. Update on 1994 Street <br />Improvement Punch List. <br /> <br />MOTION: Aplikowski moved and Keirn seconded a motion to adopt the agenda for the May 30, <br />1995 City Council meeting as amended. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING COUNTY ROAD F RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT ASSESSMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Probst opened the Public Hearing at 7:33 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst indicated due to the inability of proper publication of notification by the newspaper, <br />the Public Hearing would be rescheduled. He indicated certified letters were sent to property owners <br />noting the change in Meeting dates. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst apologized for the confusion, but indicated the Public Hearing must be properly <br />publicized in order to be held. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst closed the Public Hearing at 7:34 p.m. <br /> <br />MOTION: Keim moved and Hicks seconded a motion to reschedule the Public Hearing for <br />County Road F Reconstruction Project Assessments for June 12, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />
