NEW BRIGHTON CITY HALL <br /> <br />CAT T TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular <br />City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Dennis Probst; Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Dale Hicks, <br />Paul Malone and Susan Keim. <br /> <br />Also present were: Acting Clerk! Administrator, Terry Post; Public Works <br />Superintendent, Dan Winkel; Parks and Recreation Director, Cindy Severtson Walsh; <br />Planning Coordinator, Brian Fritsinger; and Recording Secretary, Ruth McLaurin. <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: Aplikowski moved and Hicks seconded a motion to adopt the agenda for the <br />January 9, 1995 City Council meeting as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />MOTION: Malone moved and Hicks seconded a motion to approve the minutes of the <br />December 28, 1994 regular City Council meeting as presented. The motion <br />carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Accept Planning Commission Subcommittee recommendation for TCAAP <br />Master Plan consultant candidates as a result of RFQ evaluation process. <br />B. Direct staff to prepare specifications for TCAAP Master Plan consultant RFP. <br />C. Approve list of 1995 Rubbish Hauler Licenses. <br />D. Approve Claims. <br /> <br />MOTION: Malone moved and Keirn seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mayor Probst invited the audience to address Council with any matters of concern during this <br />portion of the meeting. No one stepped forward at this time. <br />
