Improv. Assoc., ldotion <br />was made by DeLange and seconded by stromqui st authorizi:ng Clerk to write to the <br />Highway Department requesti:ng use of highWlliY' property at %. 10 and %. 96 for <br />recrpational purpOses. Council <br />wi thin 60 days on the progress mde. The Council rpferred the matter to Dr. Hoyt <br />and the Planni:ng Committee for stu~ and recommendation. <br /> <br />Mr. Edmund H. :Behn, operator of Reet I s Cafe &. :Bar made applioation through Council <br />for a liquor licen.., if ~ such liCenses are to be issued. <br /> <br />FINAEClII COMl-lIT!I!I!lE: I~B. stromqu1st re:ported a balance in the treasury of $18,90.5.34. <br /> <br />PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE: Mr. McClu:ng reported that the dog ordinance ammendment had <br />been nudied. A hearing on the ammendment followed thp rt!'gular council meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE: Mr. D!!La:ng" reportt!'d that an order was placed for street <br />oilillg with Ramsey County. Some new stl!eet signs hav" also been ordered. <br /> <br />PUBLIC WELFARE COMMITTEE: Dr. Hoyt reported that the plat for Shorewood Hills 6 <br />is be11lg studied by the ellgineer. The proposed revision of th..
