He explained that there is <br />some urgency In starting construction bec8use they have a tenant for <br />the buiidi"g; -rIley d'ilsire,to comph1to j-he building by His fall. <br /> <br />.> <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau receivad a letter frem Mr. Don Roberts which further ex- <br />plained the urgency for ccnstructicn, and advised the Council that a <br />landscape plan for the industria! park properties own0d by Roberts <br />Construction Co. wi II be prepared and presented prior to their appllcm- <br />tion far building permit fer a 64,000 sq. foot warehouse they propose <br />on the west sIde of Lexington, sou~h of Red Fox Road. <br /> <br />Mr. Holfenhor.t reviewed the Planning Co~mlsslon'$ action to table its <br />recommendation of apprcva: to the COUIlC!
